Vetsource has announced that the Vet2Pet app and client engagement solution will now be free for all Vetsource Prescription Management customers.

Originally designed by veterinary professionals trying to solve their own pain points in practice, Vet2Pet offers an array of features that help veterinary professionals save time and increase efficiency, nurture client relationships and build stronger bonds, and provide the best care, improving compliance and revenue.

Through Vet2Pet, practices can:

  • Manage appointments, including appointment requests, confirmations, and checkouts
  • Accept virtual payments
  • Automate health service reminders
  • Communicate with clients via in-app chat, two-way text, email, and push notification
  • Receive prescription refill and health record requests
  • Reward clients for their loyalty

According to Vetsource data, practices using Vet2Pet receive an average of 626 appointment requests annually through the app, which means those front desk teams answer 626 fewer phone calls each year.

“Keeping veterinarians and the pets they care for is at the center of everything we do,” said Katie McClean, Vetsource’s vice president of customer success. “Customers can continue to count on us for solutions that positively impact pet health — today, tomorrow, and well into the future.”
