Am I locked into a contract?
Absolutely NOT! Our job is to continue to add value and make sure you want to do business with us. You may cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership, we will not renew your subscription on the next date of renewal.
How do I manage my subscription or update my billing?
Once you are logged in, you can view and update your subscription details at any time.
How do I access my subscriptions?
You can view your subscriptions by hovering over “My Account” in the top right hand corner once you are logged in.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, simply follow the "Lost your password?" prompts.
How do I cancel?
Once you are logged in, simply follow the steps outlined for cancelling your subscription. You will have access to your dashboard through the end of your current billing cycle.
What if I have additional questions or cannot log in?
If you've tried resetting your password and are still having trouble logging in, give us a shout. You can reach us by submitting a message on our Contact Us page, emailing email@example.com, calling (866) 408-8554, or by chatting a real live human being on our website when available.
What if I’m an existing VetSuccess customer?
Existing VetSuccess customers can sign up to access these subscriptions directly in their existing VetSuccess portal. Follow the “existing customer” prompt on the Veterinary Industry Tracker page or reach out with any questions you might have. Account and subscription management for existing VetSuccess customers will continue to be handled via VetSuccess support.
What data does VetSuccess pull from veterinary practices?
We pull client, patient, appointment, reminder, and transaction data. This allows us to accurately report back on practice activity. We pull up to 3 years of data so that our analytics will include historical performance and trendlines.
How many practices are included in the statistics?
We are connected to thousands of companion animal veterinary practices across the United States. We are able to offer state-specific data when a minimum number of practices are available to maintain anonymity.
Can I download data?
Yes, you can download aggregated data within your dashboard.
