At 1.3%, veterinary industry revenue climbed slightly last week compared to the week prior, at 1.1%. Year-over-year visits held steady from last week at -4.0%.

Year-over-year parasiticide purchases remained in negative territory last week. Heartworm declined slightly from -6.2% the previous week to -6.3% last week, while flea/tick increased from -6.4% to -5.4%. Revenue from services was up 2.7% year over year (up from 3% the week prior), and revenue from products stayed at -3.3%.

Last week, Colorado and Massachusetts continued to enjoy the most year-over-year revenue growth at 6.0% and 5.9% respectively. Oregon continued to be the only state to see positive growth in year-over-year visits, holding steady at 0.1% from last week.
