Inefficient workflows, staffing issues, burnout, and mental fatigue are problems many veterinary practices know all too well. To help practice leaders overcome these and other common hurdles, VetPartners has launched a digital tool — free to anyone in the veterinary industry.
The Veterinary Team Utilization Guide helps practice owners and managers empower team members, maximize efficiency, improve team collaboration, enhance patient care, and increase practice revenue. The guide’s comprehensive content was written by recognized industry experts, consultants, speakers, and authors. It covers a range of topics, including:
- Team development
- Operational efficiency
- Client service
- Legal compliance
- Marketing
- Financial planning
- And much more
And, because the guide will be updated regularly, it will remain relevant and useful for veterinary practice leaders for years to come.
“We didn’t want this to be another static document,” said Heather Prendergast, RVT, CVPM, SPHR, VetPartners task force leader. “We wanted to create a living, breathing resource that is updated regularly as additional information is available.”
VetPartners is calling the guide a “game-changer for the veterinary industry” that will “enhance leadership and workplace culture, improve team retention, and drive positive changes in the field.”
