GoodVets has acquired WellHaven Pet Health(opens in new tab) [1], expanding its network from 75 to 116 veterinary hospitals across seven states, including the Pacific Northwest and Midwest.
Founded in 2016, GoodVets typically works with local veterinarians to build new locations. This acquisition integrates WellHaven’s established practices into GoodVets’ centralized operational structure, with plans to rebrand the hospitals over time while retaining current staff.

Parasiticides, services, and products, all fell compared to the week prior. Heartworm dipped from -6.6% to -8.5%, flea/tick fell from -4.8% to -8.3%, services declined from 3.4% to 3.0%, and products decreased from -1.3% to -3.1%.

Oregon and Massachusetts continue to lead revenue growth at 7.3% and 6.3%, respectively. Virginia is not far behind at 5.7%.
Once again Oregon and Iowa are the only states with positive visits, with Oregon at 1.7% and Iowa at 0.1%.
