Revenue from services was up 9.7%, considerably higher than the week before, and revenue from products also rose, up 5.3% from the preceding week.

Maine holds the top place again for year-over-year revenue growth on average for the past 12 months, with 10.3% growth, followed by South Carolina at 8.9% and Massachusetts and Tennessee tied at 8.7%.
